The Eurekaweek is the annual freshers’ week at Erasmus University; the ideal start to student life. For participants, it’s a chance to explore the city, the study programme and the campus, to get to know people before lectures begin and to find out what you can do and get involved with in addition to your studies. It’s an expedition into unknown territory, hence the theme ‘Your EURban Expedition’. This also reflects the close relationship between city and university. This year, around 2900 new students participate in the Eurekaweek.
